URGENT FOR INFORMATION-21ST JULY SLEAT MEDICAL PRACTICE
Sleat Medical Practice Notice – Not Open on Fridays
We are currently experiencing staffing issues and the Practice will be closed on a Friday. Please collect medicines on Mon, Tues & Thurs.
To maintain patient safety for the next few months support will be provided from Broadford for urgent prescriptions. If authorised by a GP, these will be dispensed from the Broadford Pharmacy.
Please phone the prescription line on 01471 844 482 or email:
nhsh.gp56523-reception@nhs.scot in plenty of time for repeat prescriptions and allow 4 Working Days before collection.
