Participate in Scotland's National Action Plan for Human Rights - Join the Online Discussion Wednesday 6 March 2013, 11.30am – 1pm

Added on 15 February 2013

The Scottish Human Rights Commission is hosting an online discussion and participation event to encourage participation in forming Scotland’s first national Action Plan for Human Rights. Everyone with an interest in human rights protection and promotion in Scotland from health to housing, rights of disabled people and access to justice can take part, asking questions and sharing information that will help to form the National Action Plan.

Our Chair, Professor Alan Miller, Head of Legal and Strategy at the Commission Duncan Wilson, and Dr Alison Hosie, the Commission's Research Officer, will be taking questions about the National Action Plan, and talking about the potential for human rights in Scotland.

The online discussion takes place from 11.30am-1pm on Wednesday 6 March, and please feel free to drop in for as long as you want. You can read about the evidence and background to Scotland’s National Action Plan for Human Rights here, and watch some short videos here – www.scottishhumanrights.com/actionplan

For more details on how to join the discussion and even ask your question in advance please see - http://scottishhumanrights.com/news/events/article/snapwebcastmarch2013
