Ward Forum 2nd December 1400

Dear Community Council member
Please find attached the Agenda for the Ward Forum, 2nd December 2013, 2-4pm, Tigh na Sgire, Portree and a copy of the action notes from the Ward Forum held 2nd September 2013.
As a result of recent feedback from Community Councils in relation to issues regarding communication and service delivery of Council Services there will be an opportunity to discuss this at the Ward Forum, on the 2nd December, 2-4pm, Tigh na Sgire. Rather than have Area Lead Officers and Heads of all services present there will be one Service per forum, first to attend will be TECS.
Community Councils are encouraged to submit any questions in relation to general communication issues or service issues in relation to TECS, either through the online submission form, http://www.highland.gov.uk/yourcouncil/yourward/wardforum?id=ward11forum 2 weeks in advance of the meeting or to Fay MacRae, fay.macrae@highland.gov.uk no later than Friday 29th November 2013. It is important to have questions in advance to ensure the right members of staff can be invited to attend and or give a full response.
