The Highland Council Budget from 2013

The Highland Council are currently preparing the budget for the year 2013-2014 and are looking to the public to comment on and suggest ways that money can be saved, across a broad spectrum of areas. These are:
- education
- ways of working
- infrastructure and resources
- the environment
